Today, as our nation marks exactly a quarter of a millennium, we are reminded that liberty is not a given—it is a profoundly precious gift. For 250 years, the American spirit has been fueled by the understanding that freedom isn't just something we inherit; it is something we must actively cherish, protect, and pass on to the next generation. It is our shared duty to preserve the flame of liberty that was first lit in 1776.
We owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to the brave men and women who have stepped up throughout our history to defend these freedoms. Today, we pause to especially honor our founder, Dennis Horne, who proudly served his country in World War I. His dedication to this nation and its enduring ideals continues to be the foundation of everything we do.
As you celebrate with family, friends, and fireworks today, take a moment to reflect on the immense gift of freedom and the sacrifices of those who made it possible.
Wishing you all a safe, joyous, and meaningful 4th of July!
