How excited are you about this weather?? So, one of our favorite things to do is take the boat out, but there are a couple things to make sure of before this boating season starts... 1.) Make sure you know what your are doing (unlike the people in the picture!) 2.) Make sure you have boat insurance! Even if your boat is old and you're wondering how it still floats...boat insurance will make sure that if you or your boat cause some kind of damage, you'll be covered. There is nothing better than a wood burning stove or fireplace to cozy up and relax during the cold months...with that said, let's go through ways to keep you and your family safe!
1.) Make sure to have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in your home
2.) A wood stove thermometer can help you burn the stove at the right temperature
3.) Clean your stove and chimney annually
4.) Dispose of ashes in a metal container with a lid

Did you know...Alien Abduction Insurance is a real thing?? There have been over 100,000 policies written with at least 2 paid out claims!! The catch...its a 10 million dollar policy with claims paid out 1 dollar a year for 10 million years! 🤣
