I couldn't be any happier to win my strong start shield in my very first year at Comparion. This prestigious award is for agents who can eclipse $360,000.00 in written premium in the year. I was able to surpass that by nearly 50k. It wouldn't have been possible without the guidance and leadership from my manager Alex, the regional manager Jeremy, and all the agents in the Cranston office that helped me along the way.
