Law Enforcement Appreciation Program
Effective immediately, Ace Mortgage, L.L.C., is proud to announce the implementation of the Law Enforcement Appreciation Program AKA, the L.E.A.P initiative. For any law enforcement employee that is currently in an “unappreciated zone,” who relocates into one of our areas of service, Ace Mortgage is here to help you. The program also applies to retired law enforcement and all law enforcement who currently live in any of our service areas of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Arkansas.
Ace’s L.E.A.P. initiative will provide a home loan with no lender fees and will reimburse appraisal costs at closing. We are also working with other third-party service providers such as title companies and home inspectors to get reduced fees. As a veteran-owned company, we offer every loan program available and specialize in V.A. products. We also have a network of realtors that will do everything possible to help you find the home of your dreams.
Our industry-experienced first hand what law enforcement is going through. The mortgage banker/broker arena was blamed for the mortgage crisis in 2008. While that couldn’t be further from the truth, we know what it’s like to be lumped into a bucket and stereotyped based on a few bad actors. We are here for you and support all our men and women who protect and serve us.
I’ve not reached out to any local or state agencies to see if they are hiring. Still, I cannot think for a moment that there are no openings for kind, honest, God-fearing, and hard-working people in our welcoming community.
