Something to think about... If your current auto liability limits are set at $25,000/$50,000/$25,000 (state mandated limits), think about the cost of a new vehicle these days. If you are at-fault, $25,000 would not be enough to pay for the $80,000 truck you ran into and totaled - not to mention medical costs. The victim comes after you personally for the other $55,000. And insurance companies will not sell you an umbrella with 25/50/25 limits. The next tier up is 50/100/50 and even that is not enough in my humble opinion. 100/300/100 is as low as I would go so call your insurance agent and make the inexpensive change if you have 25/50/25 liability auto limits.

This may be a little hard to read but it is good info. The only problem is, it fails to mention how rising medical costs have impacted bodily injury claims over the last couple of years. It also fails to mention the favorable legal climate in Georgia for claimants.
