Meet the Team Tuesday has turned in to We Forgot Wednesday this week! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Many of you may recognize her, but Leann is our Office and Marketing Team manager. She has been with the agency for nine years (as of last week!). Leann keeps the wheels turning around here! Whether that is meeting with existing and new customers to ensure the coverage they have is what they need or finding solutions for complex situations, she finds value in helping others and loves building relationships with customers. If you have ever talked to Leann, you know she is passionate about life insurance; she has seen first hand the difference it could have and has made in the lives of those around her. She is also the agency’s liaison for most claims, trains new team members, and is often the face you will see out and about representing our office!

In her spare time, Leann enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. She loves to be outdoors, canning, traveling, snuggling her cats, and completing projects around the house. She is currently trying to talk her husband in to letting her adopt a dog, a goat, and maybe a couple of miniature donkeys. To be continued…

Meet the Team Tuesday!

Today we are highlighting our newest team member Chandler, or CJ as we fondly call her. CJ came from the retail world and has been with our team since late Spring. She came with the natural ability to help people and just figure things out. She is part of our customer care team and handles current customer changes and requests, billing inquiries, and helps keep claims flowing. She loves getting to know our clients and assisting current and new customers find the coverage that best suits their needs.

When she is not at the office, CJ enjoys reading, spending time outside, and time with her very large immediate and extended family.

It’s Meet the Team Tuesday!

Denise has been with our office since 2021 and has filled many roles in the agency. She is one of the first friendly faces you see when you enter the office and you can bet your bottom dollar she will greet you with a smile and friendly, “Hello!” Denise handles much of the service tasks in our office and assists current customers with any changes, inquiries, or questions they may have.

In her spare time, Denise enjoys crocheting, camping with her hubby Russell and their camping club, and going to auctions.

It was a wonderful evening yesterday at the Fountain County 4-H Fair! We loved seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new friends. Don’t forget to enjoy the livestock shows, projects, and great food this week!
