It saddens me that my character has been put into question by people that assume to know all things, but in reality do not.

Should you hear from the rumor mill that “Tracy is not legal to work in Virgina since she no longer lives here”, know this is untrue. I would like to personally set the record straight. I, Tracy Kitts, am a Licensed Insurance Agent in the Sate of Illinois and the State of Virginia.

Also, I would like to clarify any further confusion. Alleghany Insurance Services is now owned and operated by Bruce Gardner. Bruce and I were partners before my move. I am now an employee of Bruce Gardner/Alleghany Insurance that works remotely from my home. Most of my former clients know how to reach me to handle renewal, 1095A or changes. AND, it will remain that way until………

So, if you have heard or hear this rumor, please know it is false.
