A lie doesn't become truth,... it has been brought to our attention that this post has been misappropriated- (thank you ) these are not the words of Rick Warren - these are the words of Booker T. Washington. The stealing and appropriation of these words is unforgivable. Sheri has passed and we on The Spiritual Compass with Rebecca Baldwin have been keeping her page alive - keeping her good work in the world. I would like to remove this post entirely. I know Sheri would not want to participate in perpetuating this wrong and would want to make it right. So I am stating the truth here to set the record a straight - and will be removing it in the next week. Thank you - Rebecca

PS - Sheri also was vehemently anti-Trump and did not post this in the first place in order to in anyway defend him. I think she would have been horrified at many of the comments below which I just read through. She worked till her last breath to see him defeated - she also told me in her wisdom and compassion that when he lost, his followers would be shattered, not accept the outcome and that our job as light bearers and healers would be to show love and more love to his supporters. This was hard for me to accept since they seem to spew hate and division at every turn. But Sheri foresaw the coming pain and understood the deeper un-healed trauma that Trump supporters carry within - that makes abuse and bullying seem normal and even laudable. But make no mistake - he is a violent narcissist and she knew it. Sheri was an earth angel who never condemned or sought division. She saw us as ONE and her work was devoted to healing the harm and pain that result from forgetting our ONENESS.
