Ticket raffle for THE ROLLING STONES!!!!

This raffle is hosted by Community Foundation for Coupeville Public Schools, a 501©3. All proceeds support ongoing student scholarships and teacher grants.

Raffle tickets are $25 each (cash or check). The lucky winner will receive two tickets to The Rolling Stones (a $2300.00 value) for May 15, 2024, Lumen Field, in Seattle at 8:00pm.

The winning ticket will be drawn March 23rd, 2024, at 1:00pm. The winner will be contacted the same day by telephone number provided.
-No limit on number of tickets purchased by one individual
-Tickets can be purchased from Foundation Board Members, Aqua Gifts, and Branch Business Services

JOB PURPOSE:
Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers.
DUTIES:
* Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information; tasks assigned will very from day to day.
* Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
* Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund.
* Maintains office schedule by picking-up and delivering items using automobile.
* Serves customers by; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and
different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

January 27th, 2022, Governor Inslee signed two bills passed by the Legislature to postpone WA Cares LTC Fund Through June 30th, 2023 and refund premiums collected so far in 2022.
