At Smith Davis Insurance, we’re proud to recognize team members who make a difference both inside and outside the office and Jose Valdez is a perfect example.

Jose’s dedication to our clients is matched only by his commitment to the Council Bluffs/Carter Lake community. This spring, Jose led his soccer team to an incredible undefeated season, finishing with an impressive 67 goals scored while allowing only 9 goals all season long. What an outstanding accomplishment for Jose and his players!

But Jose’s impact extends far beyond the soccer field. He also serves as a mentor through the Teammates Mentoring Program, helping guide and inspire young people in our community.

Whether he’s assisting clients, coaching young athletes, or investing in the next generation through mentorship, Jose consistently demonstrates leadership, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
