Buying a home is personal. I think my background has a lot to do with why I see it that way.

Before mortgage lending, I worked in healthcare and as a coach. Both taught me that you have to understand the person in front of you before you can really help them.

I bring that same mindset to lending. I want to know what you are trying to accomplish, what you are worried about, what matters to you financially, and where you want to be a few years from now.

Timing is the reason most move-up buyers hesitate. It is also one of the most solvable problems in the transaction when a lender knows what they are doing.
