The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has officially released the new county loan limits for conforming loans. They’re effective immediately:

• Standard Conforming Loan Limit: $832,750
• High-Balance Counties: Up to $1,249,125

These increased limits can open the door to more buying power if you’re in the market for a new home. Plus, it expands the options for those looking to refinance.
