Helped this darling family close on their new home today! It was a new build in Eagle Mountain. Fantastic because of it’s ADU. Essentially a full rental in the basement. They can have a full beautiful new home and renters to help make the payment! So excited for you, Peek family. It was wonderful spending the journey with you.
