Here are some facts I wanted to share, and some education around Life Insurance.

The average funeral or memorial service cost in the United States is $7,848.

The average amount raised on GoFundMe for a funeral is $2,640. Also, GoFundMe takes 2.9% + .30 per donation.

On average, 6,850 pass away every day in the United States, with 3,292 having no life insurance.

I think Life Insurance is more affordable than most think. Here are some ballpark numbers for an AVERAGE 30 Year Old:

30 Year Old Female (Standard Non-Tobacco) less than $23/month for a $250,000 tax free death benefit.

30 Year Old Male (Standard Non-Tobacco) less than $26/month for a $250,000 tax free death benefit.

The most important policy is the one in-force at the time it's needed. This money won't bring back a loved one. This money will give you time to grieve. This money could put children through college, or pay off your house, easing the financial burden during a tragic time.
