I don’t usually share things like this.

But #1 in California and top 30 in the nation felt like something worth pausing for — not to celebrate us, but to say thank you to every partner and client who made it possible.

Scotsman Guide just released their 2026 Top Private Originators list — and Golden Gate Lending Group landed as the #1 consumer bridge lender in California and top 30 nationwide.

But what I keep thinking about are the deals behind that number.

The client who couldn’t make an offer because her house hadn’t sold yet. The agent who called on a Friday afternoon with a complicated scenario and needed an answer by Monday. The family who just wanted to move once — without the stress, without the contingency, without losing the home they loved.

Q1 is a wrap — and we’re ending March really proud of what this quarter brought.

The next phase of the San Francisco + Marin market is already taking shape.

Multiple offer environments are returning, homes are trading well above asking, and we’re seeing many strong buyers still navigating the challenge of timing.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the opportunity to spend time in conversation with agents across the Bay Area — from boutique luxury offices to some of the most established brokerages — all working through similar dynamics with their clients.

Many are equity-rich, but not always positioned with the liquidity needed to move decisively when the right opportunity presents itself.

In this environment, timing becomes strategy.
Buy-before-you-sell bridge financing can provide a thoughtful path for clients to write non-contingent offers, compete more effectively, and approach complex transitions with greater clarity and control.
