When looking for investment property make sure you take a thorough look at what you might be getting yourself into. The age of the home will give you a good idea of what you need to look for. Older homes can have issues with lead based paint, asbestos, un-permitted additions, electrical and plumbing and gas and water issues- Oh my!!
