Jeff Bernsen is a Farmers Insurance Agent in Corpus Christi, Texas. He grew up in Corpus, graduated from Carrol High School, then went on to earn an undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Corpus Christi College – now Texas A&M University. Before becoming an insurance agent, Jeff served our community as a reserve police officer with the CCPD. After several years on the force he decided it wa
s time for a change and transitioned into the insurance industry. He spent a few years learning the ropes while working under another Farmers agent, ultimately opening his own agency in 1999. Since then, Jeff has grown his business to be one of the largest and most well respected in the Coastal Bend. He prides himself on the superior customer service he provides to his clients, as well as the professionalism of his agency’s office and staff. In his free time, Jeff is an avid classic car ju**ie, and enjoys taking road trips and camping trips with his wife Melinda and their dog Merlot.
