- I’m the Personal Lines Account Manager at Grove & Davis. I help our clients navigate their personal insurance needs and make sure they have the coverage and support they need along the way.

What do you enjoy most about your work?
- Grove & Davis really feels like a family, and that is probably what I enjoy most about working here. I genuinely enjoy the people I work with and appreciate being part of a team that cares about one another and the customers we serve.

What is one piece of advice you give to customers?
- Be proactive and take responsibility for your insurance. I’m here to be your advocate and a resource, but I always encourage customers to ask questions, read their policies, and make sure they understand their coverage. It’s also important to keep us updated when things in your life change. We may not know something has changed unless you tell us, and those details can make a big difference in making sure you’re properly protected. Taking an active role in your insurance is one of the best things you can do to protect yourself and your family.

What is your role at Grove and Davis?
- Originally, I was a personality hire, but it turned out I was more useful than anyone else expected! But in reality, I am an Insurance and Bond Producer. I help clients with everything from their personal home insurance to their intricate business insurance needs.

How long have you been in insurance?
- It’s hard to believe, but I have been in the industry for over 7 years now. I came back to the US after living overseas for a few years, and insurance was the first job I was offered. I’m happy that it’s turned into a career that I actually enjoy doing.
