⭐ I want to give Minerva a well-deserved shoutout for the wonderful feedback she received from customers this week.

Grayson shared how Minerva made changing his vehicle insurance quick and easy, and even followed up personally to make sure an issue with his life insurance was resolved. Trisy also shared how easy Minerva made her policy changes and how pleased she has always been with our office.

Korrin’s review really stood out to me, too. She talked about how Minerva has been there to help her parents with their insurance needs and how friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive she has been.

Meet Minerva!

I’ve been fortunate to have Minerva as part of our team for many years, and I really appreciate the experience and care she brings to our office. She’s been in the insurance business since 2002 and is licensed in property and casualty, life, accident, and health insurance.

What stands out about Minerva is how much she genuinely enjoys helping people. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, explain coverage, and help our customers make informed decisions. She also looks for ways to help people save money while making sure they have the protection they need.
I’m grateful to have someone like Minerva on our team. Her experience, dedication, and genuine care for our customers make her a valuable part of our office and the Corpus Christi community.
