History Of My Agency:
We want to welcome you to Delma Tamez- Farmers Insurance Agency.
My agency was established in 2006. However, I have been in the insurance industry for 30+ years and it has been a great experience for me and my team. We have earned numerous Farmers Awards including Blue Vase Award and Toppers Club in 2007 and 2018 and more. After many years in the business and meeting new families, this continues to bring me joy and I am grateful for the opportunity to work hard to be the best at protecting our customers and their Insurance needs.
Sales Opportunity:
Currently, interviewing for Insurance Sales/ Producer and in the process of hiring. We are a fast-paced, fast-growing agency. We are looking for someone to jump in and help with the fun! Although you, as a sales producer, will have monthly goals you will also be incentivized when goals are met. We work as a team and when you need help, we are there for you. We have a great onboarding training program, cross selling and working new leads will be your most important job duty.
