Insurance Associates of Corpus Christi Official page for the Insurance Associates of Corpus Christi (IACC) the local chapter of the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas (FIWT).

We are the Insurance Associates of Corpus Christi. We are the local chapter of a state wide organization of women and men who work in insurance and related industries. We follow a code of ethics developed by our affiliates FIWT, The Federation of Insurance Women of Texas. We participate in community service projects on a regular basis, as well as, encourage professional growth for each other by ho

lding continuing education classes for our members as well as other insurance associates. We provide fellowship with the peers of our industry in a non-competitive atmosphere and offer scholarships for higher education to our community. There are seasonal celebrations for our members, including their family. We assist our members in attending the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas Mid-Year Expo and Annual Convention every year.

IACC held its March monthly luncheon at The Exchange on March 24, 2026. A special thank you to Lynell Bennett with People’s Premium Finance for sponsoring the luncheon and providing door prizes. We also extend our thanks to Teresa Arizmendi with Specialty Insurance Managers for the additional door prizes.

Our President, Tamela Gutierrez, served as the guest speaker, where members reviewed and voted on the annual 2026 budget. She also shared updates on upcoming community service projects, fundraising events, and planned gatherings for the year.

We appreciate everyone who attended and look forward to another great month ahead!

Cost: $25.00 per person – includes meal, drink, tax, and gratuity (Adult Beverages will be available but not included in this cost and will your own ticket.) You are welcome to bring your spouse or guest. I separate dinner reservation will need to be completed for all guests.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the fact that the restaurant charges for each reservation, IACC must adhere to our policy of “reservations made are reservations paid.” If you cannot attend and have made a reservation(s), it will be necessary for the Treasurer to bill you for the charge(s) incurred. Cancellations must be received by RSVP date.
