FasTrack Escrow Inc., an Independent/DBO Escrow office, is looking for self-motivated, pro-active, and committed Escrow Officer to join our growing team! This is a Full / Part Time Position, and a great opportunity for someone who is confident, knowledgeable, and service oriented.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the entire real estate closing process from opening to closing of an escrow. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, confident, knowledgeable, and service oriented.
Ensure compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions.
Responsible for preparing HUDs for approvals, Prepare all closing docs required to ensure title insurance is issued at closing.
Initiate wires for disbursement dept, Conduct closing with customer, realtor, lenders, and attorneys.
Open title and clear title issues, type escrow instructions, Order payoff demands, HOA docs, & demands, & Coordinate with Lender for Buyerโs loan.
Stay in constant communication with all parties through the escrow process.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum two(2) years Escrow Officer, or Jr. Escrow officer, experience with customer Service Skills is a MUST.
Strong project management skills, including multi-tasking, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must pass DOV+C background check as per DBO requirements.
Prior FPS (Summit) experience is a plus.
Own book of business is a plus!
