🇺🇸 I’m very happy for this family on their new home. They bought a gorgeous house in Queens. This family had a total of four people on the mortgage and put 3.5% of the value of the property as a down payment with some seller concessions which covered a portion of their closing costs. I’m sharing this to prove that you DONT need 20% to buy a home, you DONT need perfect credit, you DONT need to buy a home alone. It’s about taking the right steps to get prepared and being with the right people who can guide you and be creative in giving solutions to your situation

Happy to close for another client on their cash out refinance. Homeowners in high cost areas such as New York may have so much equity in their home that they could tap into. Things like paying off debt, buying another property, maintaining their own property etc may be done with the cash out money.

Happy to help another homeowner today with a refinance.

Many homeowners are currently in forbearance or have come out of forbearance and have a deferred balance that eventually needs to be addressed.

Refinancing is an option as opposed of going into a loan modification where someone may have a balloon mortgage option and run the risk of losing their home when that lump sum payment is due.
