2 1/2 weeks into my new lifestyle change. Down 11 1/2 lbs and the amount of energy I have is ridiculous compared to what it used to be. Knocked 2 1/2 minutes off my Deka workout time. And I feel great. If any of you are curious what I am doing, they weight loss portion is in the book the 4 hour body. And the workout is part of the Deka workout.
