🎊 🎉 I am excited to announce the successful closing of the Front Porch Restaurant located in Leonardtown, Maryland! 🎈🍾

I was introduced to the seller by Webb Corbin , owner of Streamline Accounting . His client, Jeff, had the real estate on the market with a realtor, but was having trouble finding buyers who recognized the value of both the historic building and the restaurant.

We began preparing the business for market in early June and relaunched to market in mid-July. Jeff was reasonable and trusted me to handle the process.

The buyers, Gautam and Shailesh, were experienced food business operators, but this was their first venture outside of the franchised food space. They were fantastic buyers who took the deal seriously and were able to secure all government approvals and licenses by the deadline.

I would like to thank Robert Lightner of Huntington National Bank for providing financing for the business and real estate, as well as Jenkins Law Firm for assisting with the closing of the transaction.

Excited to announce the sale of Mosquito Joe of Buffalo, New York, closed on April 30, 2025.

This one is all about the buyer — Jonathan.

Jonathan was was working and living in Germany when he found this existing franchise for sale. He was eager to find the right opportunity to apply his business experience in a company he would own himself.

Jonathan was open to moving anywhere in the United States and had missed out on one of our other opportunities.

It worked out for Jonathan as Mosquito Joe of Buffalo, NY turned out to be the perfect fit — and even better, it brought him back to his hometown of Buffalo, NY (Go Bills!) close to family.
