Jobs, Jobs, Jobs… A Surprisingly Weak Report! 📉

October’s job growth came in way under expectations, with just 12,000 new jobs added – a big drop from the projected 113,000. And to add to the story, August and September numbers were revised down as well.

But there’s a silver lining here for mortgage rates! 🏠 After rates spiked nearly 1% over the last three weeks, this softer jobs data could finally bring some relief. Stay tuned for what’s next! 👀
