❤️ Approximately 80% of heart disease risk is influenced by lifestyle and genetics

The good news is that means approximately 80% of the risk is preventable! We'll be sharing more throughout the month about ways to help PREVENT heart disease risks as well as warning signs that you may need to visit your doctor.
