Additionally, assist insurance agents and sales representatives in resolving customer complaints. Serve customers through inbound and outbound calls and call transfers for service transactions. Must be licensed in property and casualty or willing to get licensed within 4 months. Starts at $1600 a month plus uncapped commission if unlicensed. Licensed or once certified pay is $1800 a month plus uncapped commission.
