Good morning Facebook friends. Happy Friday! Wednesday night was a rough night but I pushed through Thursday, grateful for those I got to see at Senior Expo. Today I am much better. And I’m hopeful that we will all have a great weekend. There’s a lot going on in Memphis Saturday. I’ll be at the Send Relief Memphis event 9am-12 Noon. And at the Garden Walk Tour Sunday 9am-3pm. Come out and see what’s going on. See you there!

Warmer weather means several fruits are coming into season! Try this easy smoothie for a quick dose of healthy vitamins and calcium.

¾ cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
½ cup Pure Fruit Juice (100%)
1 ½ cups Fruit (frozen, such as blueberries, raspberries, pineapple or peaches)

Puree yogurt with juice in a blender until smooth. With the motor running, add fruit through the hole in the lid and continue to puree until smooth.
