This week, we took a trip to New York to meet with a few partners and work through some solutions to projects we have ongoing.

We got to catch up with our friend David Amirian, the President of The Amirian Group. David’s business is real estate, and we’re excited about some future potential synergies between him and us!

During our time in Dubai, we got to meet Julius Dein and hear some of his business plans moving forward. While far from our main focuses in trucking and energy, hearing what Julius is doing in content creation and entertainment was enlightening.

Meet our Trucking Operations Manager, Jon Kcehowski! 🌟

With GridKor, Jon is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for our trucking and logistics branch.

Prior to his time at GridKor, he was thé operations manager for Mailing Services of Pittsburgh, where they manufactured and distributed direct mail for not-for-profit companies.

Before this, he worked as a manager at the Conway Lounge and held multiple construction jobs in his area.

Meet our Digital Marketing Specialist, Grace Tobin! 🌟

With GridKor, Grace is responsible for assisting in day-to-day marketing tasks regarding brand accounts, as well as handling operational tasks throughout our portfolio.

Prior to her time at GridKor, Grace held a management role at Team Sportswear in the Pittsburgh area. She is still actively managing the online presence and digital marketing tasks surrounding this business.

The Tobin family recently began the journey of opening a deli, also located in the Pittsburgh area, called A Taste of Ita-Lee. Grace has been a pivotal player in utilizing digital tools to build brand awareness throughout the early stages of that venture so far.

She recently began her college career at Penn State Beaver.

Meet our Real Estate Coordinator, Mario Venneri! 🌟

Mario is responsible for overseeing and handling GridKor real estate transactions and acquisitions.

As for his career, he’s been a Realtor in good standing with the National Association of Realtors for the past 28 years.

He’s a member of The Reed & Shutey Team, a branch of Compass Real Estate, who boasted the honor of being the #1 team in sales volume and transactions in the Greater Pittsburgh area in 2019 and 2020. They’ve were #2 in 2021 and 2022.

Mario is also actively studying to be GridKor’s exclusive insurance provider through HHM and Assured Partners.

On top of his responsibilities here, he was also responsible for bringing together the founding parties of GridKor, KorDev and GridSwitch. (Thanks Mario, you made this all possible! 😉)

Education-wise, he graduated from Gannon University in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication, with minors in Marketing & Radio and Television.

Meet our renewable energy specialist, Craig Burton! 🌟

Craig advises in all aspects of energy-based decision making for GridKor.

He also holds a position at GridSwitch (), where he is the Director of Sales. All in all, he’s been in the energy consulting business since 2010 and brings over three decades of sales experience with him.

Craig has held various management roles including the Director of Sales position at New World Energy Group and multiple Senior Energy Consultant roles across various accounts, one of which being one of the country’s largest energy brokers. He’s worked with commercial customers of all sizes.

Overall, Craig has managed four different channel partners with books of business of over $57 million annually.

He also holds a B.S.B.A in Marketing from Robert Morris University.

Meet our Chief Marketing Officer, Josh Clingensmith! 🌟

Josh is responsible for the oversight, planning, coordination, and implementation of all GridKor-related marketing, advertising, and general brand building.

He began his trek in marketing through different freelance channels, growing brands around the city of Pittsburgh using self-taught digital strategies. Eventually, this became a company called Rewritten Branding.

After a few years on his own, Josh was brought into KorDev as a Digital Marketing Specialist, carrying out brand growth strategies primarily through social media channels.

This time at KorDev parlayed into the creation of GridKor, where Josh and the KorDev team moved their efforts into building the infrastructure of the company.

Josh has also been a licensed Realtor in the state of Pennsylvania.

Meet our Chief Operating Officer, Tyler Szymanski! 🌟

Tyler is the first responder and facilitator of day-to-day GridKor operations. He also expresses a focus on locating, vetting, and initiating potential mergers and acquisitions.

The beginning of his professional career began in the carpentry field, where he took on the role of an Apprentice Carpenter back in 2013. With the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, Tyler was responsible for organizing team operations and maintaining job site work flow.

After a few years there, he stepped into a Project Management Lead role with the digital marketing agency KorDev. Alongside Michael Bryant, Tyler was there to assist in taking brands from $0 to $5m in revenue in one year.

His time at KorDev parlayed directly into his position with GridKor, where he began hunting deals.
