Some of you know us from nearly 20 years in the independent adjusting industry in South Florida; in 2012, we started Prodigy Assurance Adjusters and have been in the trenches alongside you all servicing large loss, residential property, represented, general liability, self insured, etc.…you name, we’ve handled it! We offer coverage not only Florida, Louisiana, and Texas but nationally as well.

In 2021, we saw the writing on the wall and recognized that the insurance claims industry, mainly in Florida, was unsustainable in its current condition. We made the decision to relocate our corporate office to Rogers, Arkansas, and strategically position ourselves provide the same comprehensive claims handling services to the regions for Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas (while still offering the same services in Florida, Louisiana, and Texas).

When we say that Northwest Arkansas is a hidden gem, we mean it. The natural beauty of the Ozarks, its people and this community is something you must see and experience for yourself to truly understand what a special place it is. To see the extensive damages that occurred on May 26, 2024 from severe weather (including an EF2 and two separate EF3 tornadoes) has been heartbreaking. While many are displaced, we are extremely fortunate to have weathered the storm with our office in tact. Most of our community is still without power and cell service, but we are fortunate to have our CAT RV and Starlink up and running and are already out assessing damages for our clients and working hard to support their insureds.

Happy World Ocean Day! Here’s a fun fact about the ocean…“Hurricanes form over tropical oceans, where warm water and air interact to create these storms. ... Because it is the interaction of warm air and warm seawater that spawns these storms, they form over tropical oceans between about 5 and 20 degrees of latitude.”

Prodigy Assurance Adjusters, a Florida based IA Firm, is looking to add to their team of driven claims professionals in the following positions:

Florida Resident Licensed Daily Claims Adjusters

Handle all assigned losses within the predefined timeframe, including coordinating and attending inspections as well as preparing detailed reports and estimates.
• Applicants must reside in Florida and possess a Florida Resident All Lines Adjuster License (6-20).
• Able to work at your own initiative and recognize the timeliness and quality standards of the job.
• Physically able to perform inspections that may require accessing tall roofs or confined spaces by bending, climbing, crawling, etc.
• Ability to work in varied environments, including outdoors, exposure to the elements, and temperature extremes.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and insurance.
• Job is commission based. No experience necessary. Training is provided.

Remote Supervisory Team

Oversee large volume of residential and commercial property and liability claim files while adhering to each individual clients deadlines, requirements, and individual expectations. Must be self-motivated and able to communicate/motivate your team of adjusters to success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
• Ability to work with others to identify and correct problems as they occur.
• Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, high-stress environment.
• Ability to gain and use knowledge of policies, endorsements, requirements, and systems of a growing number of commercial and residential clients.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Relevant claims or construction-related experience
• Reliable and strong work ethic are crucial.
• Pay is based on experience.
