A compelling pitch can make any opportunity look good on the surface. But what you're really buying into is the operational and support system behind it - and not all of them are built equally.
The good news? You can find out before you commit. Talk to existing owners! Ask what surprised them. Ask if they'd do it again. The answers will tell you more than any presentation ever could.
