Revenued is committed to understanding the real challenges small business owners face every day. That’s why we surveyed our customer base of business owners across the country to explore how recent changes in tariffs are reshaping the way they operate, plan, and grow.

Although tariff policies have continued to evolve since we conducted the study in mid-April 2025, the ongoing volatility has left many business owners uncertain about making major decisions.

From adjusting supply chains to rethinking pricing strategies, our survey reveals key insights like:

-63% of merchants made operational changes in response to tariffs, with 60% of passing on costs to customers
-72% of those surveyed said they were "Extremely Concerned" about future tariffs or trade disruptions
-71% of SMBs cited access to working capital as their most urgent need
