Something different is happening at camp this year.

We added etiquette training.

Not because it sounds impressive. Because the young people coming to Adventurology are going to grow up and walk into rooms where how you carry yourself matters more than what you know.

Dining with professionals. Making introductions. Holding a conversation with someone twice your age. Knowing when to speak and when to listen.

These are skills most adults wish they had learned at 14. At D2L, we are teaching them at 11.

Had the opportunity to speak this week at the Investor Accelerator / Family Office Club event in Fort Lauderdale—and one message clearly resonated across the room:

The issue isn’t capital.
It’s structure.

After years of sitting between operators and investors, one pattern continues to show up:
