📚🏡 Supporting Miami-Dade Educators with Homeownership Resources! 🏡📚

Robert Silva, Fortuna Garcia, Martin Chaddock, and I had the pleasure of spending the day at Miami Dade College North Campus connecting with educators and sharing valuable resources available through the Miami-Dade Teachers Union.

We were excited to educate teachers about the many benefits offered through Union Plus, including the opportunity to access the $10,000 Wells Fargo Homebuyer Grant for eligible homebuyers. We also discussed homeownership options, financing programs, and ways to make the dream of owning a home more attainable.

Thank you to all the teachers and staff who stopped by to learn more. We are honored to support those who dedicate their lives to educating our community and helping them achieve their homeownership goals.

Building more than homes—Wells Fargo donated two playhouses at the 2026 International Builder’s show in Orlando, one to The Lifeboat Project and the other to Forward Paths Foundation through Homeaid Orlando. A special space for kids to stay active and enjoy for years to come.
