RESPONSIBILITIES
• Call leads and either close the applications or set up appointments to be done completely over-the-phone, via Zoom or in person
• Hold clients or the families hands leading them through the process of selecting their coverage options
• Help SAF families with fully completing the applications, explaining the signature processes that may be best accommodate them
• Diligently follow-up on pending requirements, and successfully complete the policy placement process until the clients have their insurance policies or contracts
• Use the system to maintain happy and positive communication with existing clients
• Must decide to be completely coachable and willing to learn for more solid growth
• Motivation and Self-disciplined individuals go incredibly far here doing quite well
• Communicate and attend daily/weekly Zoom trainings and team meetings, as well as doing in person conferences and/or regional meetings for personal and professional development
• Work ethic to get your tasks or duties fully complete within deadlines, from where ever your work-life balance has you located
• Team player willing to contribute to the advancement of the entire organization
