HomeReady First is a sweet program that offers a $6,000 Grant for first time buyers. The interesting part is the eligibility is not based on where you want to buy but where you currently live 🏡

I've helped a handful of first time buyers use this program over the past few months and I'm surprised more people aren't talking about it!

One of my favorite parts of visiting Mexico City earlier this month was Churrería El Moro.

This amazing churrería was founded almost 100 years ago in 1935. They only offer a few things:

-Churros
-Ice cream
-Hot chocolate

I imagine they've been around so long because they focus on these 3 things and do them very well!

This really resonates with me because I fell for the trap of trying to do 100 things at once. I've always wanted to maintain "side hustle". It took me a long time to realize this never helped me do a great job at anything.

So now, I only do 1 thing, mortgages. I do them very well (if I do say so myself) and I'm not interested in doing anything else! Since making this change, I've seen my level of service improve more than I could have imagined.

There is always room for improvement but I'm proud of my growth to serve my clients at a higher level!

Love seeing that my clients are happy with my service! 🥳 My main 2 focuses around my client experience are communication and education:

🗣️ Communication: Sending a personalized video every Tuesday so clients know exactly what the status of their loan is with a personal touch.

👨🏻‍🏫 Education: Spending the time to answer each and every question clients have. Education = Confidence.
