Yesterday was a great day! It’s always an honor when you are selected to be the pos and merchant service provider for one of the area’s staples - this time it was Sharon’s Shaved Ice Snowballs!

Out with Square -> HELLO FIGURE POS!

This was one of the larger installs because we had so many of our amazing BTEC partners assisting us with this one. Instead of explaining everything out, I’m going to thank and explain what went on.

- Huge shoutout to Sharon Castronova for building one of the most amazing multi-location shaved ice operations. Definitely blew my mind how complex the world of snowballs can be!

- Big props to Patrick Weaver and Project iot for their assistance in upgrading the internet and camera systems for all of the locations. So excited to have them as a BTEC preferred partner!

- Of course, Bridget Bogdan and the entire team at PayBright knocked it out of the park with their support and follow through with the entire process. Absolutely the best in the business!

- Last but not least, thanks to Avery Northwood and his team at Northwood Digital Services for stepping up and building a whole new website for Sharon’s.

This solidifies the saying “ Teamwork makes the dream work!”

So thankful that BTEC has such amazing partners that truly allow us to continue to deliver Level 1 service all the way around.

We were blessed to be invited to PayBright corporate for their year end holiday and awards event in Raleigh, NC.

Great to finally meet so many of the people we interact with every day, face to face! We even met some other payment companies and engaged in some awesome conversations.
