It's open enrollment season for 2026 health insurance. If you do not have coverage through a job, the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), or Medicare, you may be able to enroll through the Marketplace – often with financial help to make it more affordable. The open enrollment period this year runs until January 15, 2026 however if you want coverage to start January 1st, please enroll by December 15th.
