Our 2026 Leatherstocking Credit Union Scholarship winners! Congratulations to the Class of 2026 on your incredible achievements!

2026-2027 High School Seniors & Families: Be on the lookout or set a reminder for next year's application submission period for the Leatherstocking Credit Union Scholarship Program, starting January 2027. This program is open to any high school senior who attends school, lives, works or worships in Chenango, Delaware, Herkimer, Madison, Montgomery, Otsego or Schoharie Counties in New York.

Leatherstocking Credit Union was out early on Saturday morning volunteering at the 2026 Race the Lake Marathon around Otsego Lake. We served water (and lots of cheers) to the marathon runners at the Mile 4 water station.

We want to extend a special thank you to The Clark Sports Center for giving us the opportunity to volunteer at this fantastic community event!

Leatherstocking Credit Union was out early this morning at West Capitol Park in Albany, N.Y. volunteering alongside New York State’s Credit Unions and Habitat for Humanity of New York State for Capitol Build Day 2026. Capitol Build Day takes place on the grounds of the N.Y.S. Capitol, where volunteers begin building the walls of what will become an actual home for a Habitat for Humanity partner family right here in New York! C.E.O., Anoel Kelly, Director of Compliance & Special Projects, Matt Marrotta & Asst. Director of Marketing, Ben Kelly attended the build. Capitol Build Day is a shining example of the credit union philosophy “People Helping People” and LCU could not be happier to volunteer for this event.
