Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently
• Answers phone calls and advise clients accordingly
• Responsible for effectively using all available resources to make policy changes, answer policy and billing questions, take payments, and provide requested documentation.
• Diagnoses customer issues, provides solutions, and uses a structured thought process to achieve results while balancing customers’ needs with company guidelines

Requirements

• Prior insurance agency experience with a minimum of 440-Customer Service License preferred. (WE WILL TRAIN MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS)
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Previous Experience in Insurance a Plus
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent Customer service
• Excellent computer skills
• Interest in insurance
• Decision making ability
• Department of Insurance, and pass criminal background check
• Enthusiastic and goal oriented.

• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
