Open enrollment is a long stressful time for insurance agents. Making sure seniors have the right plan for the next year. Now CMS does not require companies to compensate agents. It's not like its a lot of money, but agents should be paid for their work.
They want us to start charging seniors for this service. most are already on a fixed income.

If you or someone you know is on Medicare. Make sure they have looked at there Annual notice of change(ANOC). "The inflation Reduction act" has made a major impact on PDP plans for 2025.
There's plans that are going to have a $35 per month increase.
Several changes on advantage plans also.
