Serving those who serve our community. 🚒

I recently had the opportunity to use a Modern Woodmen Do Good Grant to donate electrolyte packets to the Jacksonville Fire Department.

Our firefighters spend countless hours working in extreme heat, and something as simple as staying hydrated can make a big difference. I’m incredibly thankful for the men and women who run toward the situations most of us would run from and who work tirelessly to keep our community safe. Thank you for all that you do!

One of my favorite parts of being a Modern Woodmen member is having opportunities like this to give back locally. Through the Do Good Grant, eligible members can receive a $200 gift card to put toward doing something good in their community.

Yesterday, I officially passed the Series 66 examination.

This has been a goal I’ve worked extremely hard toward, and I’m incredibly grateful to finally have it behind me.

Earning my Series 66 is another major step forward in my career with Modern Woodmen of America and allows me to continue growing in my ability to serve the families and individuals I have the privilege of working with.

None of this would have been possible without God, who has continued to guide me through every challenge and opportunity. I’m also incredibly thankful for my family, friends, mentors, coworkers, and everyone who encouraged me, supported me, and believed in me throughout this process.

There were plenty of long study sessions, frustrating days, and moments where I had to remind myself to keep going. But the work was worth it.

Thankful. Motivated. Ready for what’s next.
