The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships is offering virtual Zoom sessions on Friday afternoons to help students and families complete the FAFSA!

*These sessions are specifically for FAFSA completion assistance. Please note that students must attend to complete the student portion of the FAFSA, and parents must be present to complete the parent portion so each person (student and parent) can access and sign their section with their own FSA ID. Staff will focus on helping participants work through the FAFSA form itself rather than answering general financial aid questions.

Original Post: Good morning. We are aware that several students and families received another email about invoices/payment plan amounts adjusting due to the Pell Grant being removed. This issue is not related to the OMB announcement yesterday. It is an IT issue with our student information system vendor. Rest assured, we are working with our IT team and student information vendor to fix the issue as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience or additional concern caused by this issue. We ask that you be patient as we work on resolving the issue. Students can continue to monitor MyCCU for updates.

CCU's Application-based Scholarship Cycle for 2025-2026 is now Open! The application for Fall 2025 will be open from January 15 to March 15, 2025. Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply! This online application allows you to apply for over 100 scholarships from gifts of generous donors through the Coastal Educational Foundation, the Horry County Higher Education Commission, and CCU.
