Brett was born and raised in Rose Bud, Arkansas. After graduating from Rose Bud High School, he moved to Conway to continue his education at the University of Central Arkansas, where he graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Brett started at Northwestern Mutual in 2018 and since then has had several intricate roles in the company. He currently serves as our Director of Development. He lives in Greenbrier with his wife Hannah and daughter Carson, and they enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Colby is a native of Mount Vernon, Arkansas, and moved to Conway in 2021 to continue his education at the University of Central Arkansas. He graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance while also working in customer service at Centennial Bank.
As Client Service Administrator of Investments, Colby focuses on exceptional client support and maintaining an efficient work environment. Outside of work, Colby enjoys playing golf, supporting Razorback athletics, and travelling with family and friends.
