I want you all to share this as much as possible!

This was my experience with StubHub and it was horrible and I want to warn all of my friends to be careful if you choose to use them for any of your events. They claim to guarantee your purchase, but that is a lie!

I purchased 4 tickets to the Little Rock razorback game on August 29 and the seller did not make the tickets available until September 5 at 12:41. When I transferred the tickets, I immediately discovered that there were only three tickets in the transfer. Upon realizing that I was short a ticket and confirming that I had purchased for, I called StubHub to get the situation resolved. They told me they had to call the seller and after several unsuccessful attempts, they told me they needed me to give them until the next morning to reach the seller. Reluctantly I did, and when I started calling the following morning, they were still unsuccessful in reaching the seller.
The sales representative had had me tranfer the tickets back to StubHub the day before while they were trying to resolve it with the seller with the promise that they would provide me with new tickets or provide me a refund if they were unable to get the seller on the phone. The next day at noon, I had to purchase new tickets for a 4 o’clock game, because the seller had not been reached and StubHub had not provided me new tickets and it told me I would have to wait on my refund. The next week I called again to try to have the situation resolved and was unable to get a refund processed from the seller or StubHub!
So, I am out over $700 for tickets that should’ve only cost me a little more than 300 as I fight the credit card through Chase to process a refund through the dispute process. I urge everyone I know to avoid using StubHub for any purchases. The seller was in Little Rock and should be ashamed of themselves, and the company should be ashamed of themselves for not providing the service that they promise. Below, you will see the emails and the screenshots of everything I provided to StubHub and the transfers back to StubHub for the tickets that I have still yet to receive a refund for!
