If you told me 5 months ago that I would be going to the gym and lifting weights 5 days a week, I wouldn't believe it!

I knew absolutely nothing about weight training or lifting, I had an idea but didnt know where to begin. I had no idea what I was doing but I was lucky enough to meet a now dear friend Claire Marie Gaddis who showed me the ropes! She has got to watch my progress over the last 4 months front and center! She has recieved my work outs and watched me every week get stronger!

By sending her my work outs every time I went to the gym, it kept me accountable and she always had my back and helped push me when I got comfortable!

I am feeling so much better, more confident, my clothes fit better but it's the mental strenth that I can appreciate the most. What most people don't realize is that some days we come to the gym for the muscles but most days it's for the mind!

I love my new lifestyle and a big reason why I wanted to change is I've always been the yo-yo girl. I would lose weight only to gain it all back and more, this time I wanted it for deeper reasons. I've been to some low places in my life and these last 2 years presented me with some of the roughest situations I have faced mentally/financially and I wasn't going to let my mind win at my lowest point!

The strenth, self love and confidence I have gained is a game changer for me! I knew in order to be the best version of myself, that I had massive work to do and I will always be a work in progress!

I am only just getting started on this new journey and lifestyle and I'm so excited for the future! 💪

My core CE (continuing education) is completed! Just going to finish up with 1 hour PA CE and 1 hour of FL CE and I'm all set for 2024!! Knowledge is power and I brushed up on all the laws and regulations and I'm ready to tackle 2024!!

I'm so excited for this upcoming year 🎉🎉🙌🙌
