Let me explain why insurance is so high right now.

It’s not just one thing — it’s everything….

👉First, inflation. Everything costs more to fix and rebuild — cars, roofs, houses, parts, labor — so claims cost insurance companies way more than they used to.

👉Second, weather and storms. More hurricanes, hail, floods, fires — more claims equals higher rates for everyone.

👉Third, reinsurance. Insurance companies have insurance too, and their costs went way up, so that trickles down to customers.

So even if you haven’t had a claim, your rate can still go up because the cost of claims overall is higher everywhere.
