My Story

Laura Austin is a licensed Realtor® and the founding Broker of REALTY TEXAS LCA, INC., in Conroe, TX. Specializing in residential properties for buyers, sellers, and investors in local markets of The Woodlands / Conroe / Lake Conroe / Willis / Montgomery areas. Her other areas of expertise include Buyers Representation, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Short Sale transactions. She has over three decades of experience in the Real Estate industry.

Laura is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Conroe Chamber of Commerce.

When she was 18, she moved from San Diego to Los Angeles to attend college at The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Eventually, had jobs where she was able to travel these beautiful United States in her Motor-home and had a blast! Laura started her Real Estate Career in New Home Sales in January of 1985. She earned her Real Estate license in 1987, and holds numerous Real Estate Designations and Certifications, and she is the recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance.

Laura is committed to the principles of honesty and integrity. To give her clients the best service, she believes in educating and informing, so the client is well prepared for the transactions. She continually exceeds the minimum “Mandatory Continuing Education” requirements set by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Laura has recently been approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a TREC Instructor to offer Continuing Education for Credit Hours to other Texas Real Estate Licensees.
