FINANCIAL ASSOCIATE
Hebert Financial Services is looking for an energetic, motivated, and competitive individual to join our team as a Financial Associate. Our company is looking for individuals with a passion for helping people and eager to learn the Financial Services industry.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
• Competitors with a passion for helping people and their families.
• Comfortable building something for yourself with a love of learning and challenges.
• Interested in becoming a financial advisor as well as learning financial markets and how they impact people.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university
• No Prior Financial, Investment, or Insurance experience required
• Ability to Multi-task with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Previous Industry Internship experience a plus
• Ability to work well in a team environment and also self-motivated
• General Lines Life Agent License or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
• FINRA Series 7, and 66 licenses a plus but ability to obtain within 12 months of hire

COMPENSATION
• Compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
